Open to Sophomores and Juniors
Come learn how to cook! Students work together in the culinary lab to plan, prepare and serve meals. Class favorites include flank steak tacos, brownie parfaits, vegetable stir-fry, banana chocolate chip muffins, barbecue bacon sliders, fresh pasta and so much more. Cooking and baking techniques are both learned in this class. This course fulfills the graduation requirement for fine and/or practical arts .
