HOW ARE WE CONNECTED?

We are connected to every single club at New Trier High School. We are responsible for approving new clubs, as well organizing events where clubs can come together, including Budget Day and the Club Head Luncheon, among others.

STARTING A CLUB

If you're interested in starting a club at New Trier, visit Ms. Kolack in the Student Activities Office (located in the Student Lounge on the Winnetka Campus). You'll fill out some paperwork and then will be referred to us.

BUDGET DAY

Budget Day occurs every spring. Led by the STUDENT ALLIANCE Treasurer and a committee of five to six board members, club heads come to the room and request funds for the next school year. Budget request forms are sent to all club heads and sponsors at least one month before budget day. When clubs turn in their budget request form, they are required to sign up for a time slot to meet with us.

  • Being on the board requires you to period 3 free every day.

IF YOU ARE A FRESHMAN:

  • Applications are available at the end of January. See Mr. Gross in C102

IF YOU ARE A SOPHOMORE OR JUNIOR:

  • Applications are available in the Student Activities Office (W0216) at the end of January.
