When placing you order please be aware of a few technical issues. First, on the page where you are asked what you text book condition prefences are be aware that choosing the left asterisk will tell the boosktore that we can give you a new copy of a book if we do not have a used copy. Choosing the right asterisk will tell us that we cannot subsitute and if we do not have the new or used that you want and to cancel the item from your order. On the payment options page please be aware that the top box is for the type of tender--i.e visa, mastercard, amex, discover, or gift card. In the next two boxes you will need to enter the card number (the second time is for verification). The third is for the expiration date and the fourth is for the CID, CVS, or PIN number.
