  • Meet Ben Labaschin, IGSS Graduate 2012
    After graduating New Trier High School in 2012, I took a gap semester where I held a brief stint as a farmer. By January 2013, I was enrolled as a full-time student at Lake Forest College where I studied Economics and Environmental Studies.
  • Meet Greg Vasilion, IGSS Graduate 2013
    After graduating New Trier, I attended Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It's a tiny little liberal arts school where I studied business with a minor in environmental studies. I spent 6 months of my college experience abroad in Thailand studying environmental science.

    When New Trier senior Caroline Kelly drives into the City of Chicago, she often sees a white billboard that reads "You Are Beautiful" in a simple black font.
  • New Trier students take lessons on Native American culture outside the classroom
    Students from New Trier's Integrated Global Studies School who spent a semester studying Native American culture recently put their lessons into action outside the classroom, from lobbying Congress to presenting their projects to local elementary students.
