FALL 2014 REGISTRATION BASICS

Welcome to the Fall 2014 New Trier High School Rowing season!

All new and returning rowers please register on-line by following the instructions below.  You will need your driver's license in hand, and a parent/guardian for completion of the on-line waiver:

  1. Fill out the Tryout Registration Form.  Please input your full name as it appears on your TSA identification (driver's license or student ID if you are not 16), as we have occasions when the team needs to purchase airline tickets. Please take the time to input data accurately so that you can fly!  Note: a registration confirmation email will be sent to the ROWER's email address.
  1. EVERYONE, turn in your Physician and Parent Consent Form at the NT Athletic Department Office (Winnetka or Northfield) prior to tryouts.
  1. Tryout from Wednesday, August 13th throughTuesday, August 19.  Click here for "Tryout Details".  Final rosters will be posted on the Rowing website on Wednesday, August 20.
  1. For those who make the team, payment of the fall regatta fee (approximately $300) will be due immediately to confirm a spot on the roster.  Please note the Regatta Fee Refund Policy is the same as the NT Participation Fee Refund Policy.   Additional mandatory fees will be assessed for rowers who elect to participate in the Head of the Charles regatta.

Once the teams are selected there will be a Mandatory Parent and Rower meeting on Wednesday, August 27th, from 7 to 8 PM in the Winnetka Campus Large Cafeteria, with clothing and gear for sale beforehand from 6:30-7:00 PM.  Please submit the following required forms at the meeting.

If you would like your rower to ride the NTRC shuttle bus from campus to the Dammrich Rowing Center (DRC) for practice, you will be asked to sign up at the meeting.  There is no charge for the shuttle.

All schedules, forms and information can be found online at www.newtrierrowing.com.

Please review the NTRC FAQ's for answers to many common questions.
