- Coordinate numerous Wellness Programs: Cancer prevention seminars, healthy cooking demonstrations, Aging parents and Teenage, Nutrition and Ergonomics seminars, Weight Watchers, Massage, walking club, yoga, self defense, Relay For Life,
- All-School Wellness Team Co-coordinator: Coordinate student, staff and community school-wide wellness programs
- Organize Wellness Screenings: Flu Shots, Wellness Screening, Osteoporosis Screening, Blood Drives
- Develop monthly newsletters, promotional flyers, parent flyers and healthy holiday cookbook
- Perform equipment orientations, fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, personal training, muscle sculpting, step, aerobics, back care and stretching classes, ergonomic desk checks
- Conduct Incentive Programs: Start Your Heart, Turkey Trot, National Employee Health and Fitness, Fit Well, Exercise Across America
