- Assist staff and students in creating curricular and co-curricular web pages to enhance teaching and learning
- Remain current and proactive on Internet issues that impact education
- Serve as an information resource for staff, students and the community on web related initiatives
- Troubleshoot web related hardware and software issues
- Advise the Director of Information Technology on web-based and other IP-based hardware and software issues
