Class of 2021

Greetings from the NTPA Class of 2021 Board!

On behalf of the Class of 2021, we welcome you and your students to a new school year. While classes continue virtually, please continue to check in with NT and the NTPA as we work to support you and your student throughout the year. Make sure to regularly visit NT's Back to School Page for the most up-to-date information.

Below are a few important items for the Class of 2021:

  • New Trier will host the state-mandated SAT on Wednesday, October 14 th . This test is a graduation requirement for the Class of 2021. Should your student miss taking the test this day, they will be able to take the April 13, 2021 administration. Contact Peg Stevens , NT Testing Coordinator, with any questions.
  • The college admissions season for the Class of 2021 has started! Make sure to visit the PHSC page  which has a wealth of information, including upcoming events, virtual college visits, gap year information, and various resources for completing college applications. PHSC also has a page on Canvas where you and your student can find this information.
  • The Class of 2021 Graduation Committee, led by Meghan Mills, Emily Baillos, and Jen Zinman, is working hard to explore and plan for various graduation celebration scenarios. We thank these women for stepping up into these important roles.

This year will be like none we have seen, but the NTPA is committed to helping provide the best year possible for the Class of 2021.
