Welcome to sophomore year, Class of 2023 Parents!
We hope you enjoyed a relaxing summer and are refreshed and ready for a new school year. Our students are now official Winnetka Campus Trevians, even if they must wait a little while longer to enter the building. It is great to see life re-entering New Trier in the form of extracurricular activities - many sports have started and theatre programs and clubs are finding a new way forward. Our students will have many new opportunities to carve their own path and follow their interests - whether that happens remotely, partially in the building, or hopefully all-in before the end of the school year.
Our New Trier community of students, parents, teachers, staff, and adminstrators enjoys a long history of excellence and forward-thinking educational models. Working together, we will make this a successful and meaningful year, and will pave the way for future Trevians to handle disruptions with resilience and aplomb.
The NTPA is here to foster communication and community between parents and to be a link to the administration as well. Our Class of 2023 NTPA Board is working hard to find ways to enjoy traditional sophomore events, even if they are in a non-traditional format this year. We welcome your ideas and also your feedback - this is going to be a fluid year, and communication will be more important than ever. Our email address is
