Adviser Room Representative (2 persons per room; 4-year term) - Attend annual information meeting for all class representatives each fall; Maintain contact with the adviser throughout each school year; Establish and update email list to contact parents; Send emails updating parents as needed; Help the adviser plan social activities, meetings or projects for the advisees as requested; Organize parent get-togethers or parent-student events as appropriate; Handle adviser room finances; Provide parents with informal recap of adviser room activities twice each year;
