Registrar
The Registrar Office is dedicated to managing student academic records. We oversee the collection, maintenance, distribution, and long-term retention of these records, and offer a variety of services related to student information.
We are the first point of contact for all new students enrolling at New Trier. From placement testing to course selection, every step of the admissions process is coordinated through our office.
In addition, the Registrar Office provides official transcripts for current students, alumni, and former students. We collaborate closely with the Post-High School Counseling department to support seniors during the college application process.
Report cards are processed quarterly and can be viewed or printed, along with unofficial transcripts, through the Parent Portal.
