Summer Swim and Dive Strength Sessions: 6/10 - 7/29

All swimmers, divers, and water polo players are welcome to join us in the Winnetka weight room for our summer strength and conditioning work. These open sessions are designed to help review movements and develop strength as we prepare for our upcoming seasons. Accommodations will be made as needed for athletes as they move into the competition phase of their summer season as well. Scheduled sessions can be found on our practice calendars here.
