New Trier Education Support Professionals Association (NTESPA)

Who We Are:

The New Trier Education Support Professionals Association (NTESPA) began in 1989. Membership shall be open to all full and part-time non-certified staff of New Trier Township High School District 203 with the exception of any employee specified in Article 1, Section 1.1 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the New Trier Township High School District 203 (“Board”) and the Association, and as defined by the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. Members will be provided with non-confidential information regarding the Association via the NTESPA website.

Purpose:

The purpose of our Association is to speak with a common voice on contractual and non-contractual matters affecting all bargaining unit personnel promoting the welfare of non-management school personnel.

Structure of the NTESPA

The Executive Committee supports the co-Presidents in performing managerial functions of the Association. Members of the Executive Committee are the officers of the Association.Various committees serve the membership in the day-to-day business of the Association. They include Membership, Scholarship, Negotiations, Grievance, Nominations, Professional Development, Sick Bank, and school committees such as the Calendar Committee and Insurance Committee. We encourage all support staff to contribute to our school.
