Description: Student picks up cart, puts books back on the shelves in alphabetical order and in specific reading genres (fiction, sci-fi, etc.). 

Job Details: Intern picks up a cart on the main floor- in back  room of library. This is where employees use a card to swipe into the workroom.

They then take the cart up the elevator  to the second floor where the intern goes to the children’s section. Student then stocks the returned books in the proper shelving area and in order using the call number or alphabetical sequence printed on the binding of the book with a color-coded label.

Job tasks: 

• Student stocks the books that are returned
• Students ensure the area is clean and no books are left out in reading spaces.
