Class of 2025
On behalf of the NTPA, we hope sophomore year has been going well for you and your student. The NTPA’s mission is to promote connections, provide communication and present opportunities for parents that support and enhance the New Trier experience. If you’re interested in volunteering and taking part in your student’s year, click the sign-up icon on the left.
On Oct. 27, Dr. Lisa Damour spoke with New Trier students about defining mental health and managing conflict effectively. She also met with Adviser Chairs, Social Work and staff throughout the day. In the evening, Dr. Damour spoke to parents and guardians about "Raising teens today: What's typical, what's not, and how to be more helpful." If you were unable to attend the evening event, a recording is available here through Nov. 18.
Also, NT2025 car magnets can be purchased for $5 each at the One Stop Trev Shop located on the fourth floor of the Winnetka campus building. And be sure to buy Pies by Fasano to support New Trier seniors' Habitat for Humanity project. Click here for more information and to purchase
To help you and your student navigate the new schedule format and school calendar, download the NTBlock app, which is automatically downloaded to all student iPads and can be accessed through the App Store for Apple devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices. You also can input multiple students' schedules in the app. Just differentiate with a "/" so you know who's schedule you're viewing.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com. To be sure you're receiving NTPA emails, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contact list and check your junk folder. If you still don't see them, please contact us.
We hope to see you at an event.
