Athletic Department Registration Parent Instructions
Registration for the 2025-2026 Winter Athletic Season is open. If you did not use our registration in the Fall, please be aware that we have switched to PowerSchool as our athletic registration platform. Please use this linkto view detailed instructions on how to complete your athletic registration once you have logged into your PowerSchool account. The New Trier Athletic Department believes that participation in sports instills valuable life lessons both on and off the field. Our students and coaches proudly uphold the values of Be Brave, Be Kind, Be Proud. Each season, we offer several no-cut sports, highlighted in bold in the list below. We are proud to offer participation opportunities through various team levels, including freshman-only, junior varsity, novice, and varsity teams. However, not all teams can accommodate all students who try out. If you are a student and are not selected for a team, please contact the Athletic Department to discuss available alternatives.
Below is a list of the Winter season sports(you may only register for one sport), start dates, and the emails of each program’s head coach. Specific tryout locations and times will be available on each team’s webpage.
