    ​​​Do not create a new account  if you have previously registered your student.   You are a returning user  and need to log in your account in order to register.  You will not be able to register your student in a new account if you have already created one.

    If you are having an issue where clicking an icon brings you back to this page,  please scroll to the bottom of the registration home page and look for be a link to go  "Back to Account"  which will take you back to your family account or  "Logout" which will log you out of Registration . From there you can click the icon and log in to your family account. 

    Tryout Information

    Physical Examinations

    Students registering for athletic participation must have a current physical examination on file in the  Health Services Office   before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts . To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the  Health Services Office  no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Physicals are valid for  395 days   from the date of the last exam. You may  email your physical to healthservices@nths.net, fax a copy to Heath Services at 847-835-9852   or hand deliver a copy to the Health Services office on either campus - Winnetka Room 029 or Northfield Room D105.

    If your physical expires during a season, you are required to submit an updated copy via email healthservices@nths.net, fax 847-835-9852,   or hand deliver a copy to the Health Services office on either campus - Winnetka Room 029 or Northfield Room D105 ,  prior to returning to / continuing participation.   Physical Form Download  HERE

    Your completed physical examination forms are for athletics/activities only, and are in addition to any forms required by Health Services.
