Register online by visiting the NT web store.

MAIL:
Registration form and check made out to NTX or credit card information can be mailed to: NTX. 7 Happ Road, Northfield, IL. 60093.

WALK-IN
Walk-in registration is currently on hold. We will update this page when we are open again for in-person registration.
